From Concept to Approval
You submit your customization requirements — enclosure design brief, brand assets (logo, colour codes, typography), firmware feature list, connector types, and target certification standards. Our engineering team reviews feasibility and prepares a technical proposal within 2 working days.
Our industrial design team creates 3D renders and technical drawings of the custom enclosure. Firmware engineers prepare a build with your branding and feature requirements. You review and approve the design package before we proceed to tooling.
We issue a sample quotation covering engineering, tooling (if new molds are required), and unit production. Sample pricing is higher than volume pricing due to one-time engineering costs. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.
Samples are produced on the same production line as volume orders — not a separate prototype shop. This ensures the samples accurately represent final production quality. Typical sample production takes 5–10 working days after design approval.
Every sample undergoes 100% electrical safety testing, waterproofing verification (IP54/IP65 as specified), and functional testing across all charging protocols. We provide a detailed inspection report with test data and photographs.
Samples are shipped via air express (3–5 days globally). You evaluate the unit against your requirements. We support up to two revision rounds at no additional engineering cost. Once approved, we proceed to the mass production contract.
Protecting Your Business
We understand that your product specifications, market strategy, and customer data are competitive assets. Our NDA process is designed to protect your intellectual property from day one.
Contact us to request our standard Mutual NDA template, or send your own NDA for our legal team to review. We typically respond within 1 working day.
Our legal team reviews the agreement (typically 1–3 working days). Once both parties sign, the NDA is effective immediately and covers all subsequent technical discussions.
All technical files, drawings, and specifications are shared via encrypted channels. Your project data is compartmentalized — only authorized engineering staff access your files.
Your brand assets and design files are never reused for other clients.
Custom mold tooling is owned by you and stored exclusively for your orders.
Your product specifications are not listed in our catalog without written consent.
Firmware source code developed for your project is assigned to you upon final payment.
We sign Non-Use & Non-Disclosure clauses covering your customer lists and market data.
Factory floor access is restricted — your production line is not shown to other clients.
