New custom enclosure molds or tooling, when required, are quoted separately as a one-time engineering cost. Firmware and UI customisation is completed by our in-house software team, typically within 7–14 days of specification sign-off. We sign confidentiality agreements on all OEM projects and issue a pre-production sample before any full batch begins.
